Join us for a wonderfully relaxing, restorative and stress-busting evening as you bathe in the luscious soundscapes and healing frequencies of Loriel Starr’s extraordinary ensemble of sound meditation instruments (gongs, singing bowls, flutes and more).
This free event takes place in the newly opened and stunningly beautiful 906 World Cultural Center (once known as Our Lady of Guadalupe Church).
Sound meditation allows for easy access to deeply meditative states regardless of previous experience with meditation. Receptive and easeful listening facilitates deep relaxation as our bodies and minds effortless release tension.
Sound meditation helps us to connect with our inner sanctum of peace and well-being.
